Hello every one.
I've been looking around for a Denitrater. I've found a few on line and was wondering has any one here used any of these or know any thing about them midwest aquatic The DeNITRIFIER and the Aquaripure. Any help would be great thanks |

I'm going to buy the H&S denitrator. Heard a few MW owners had clogging problems, none for H&S owners. Here's the thread if you want to ask more questions about sulfur denitrators, they seem to work really well:

The size I'm buying is for up to 250g H&S 110SR, but the dealer who I am buying from (Ed of KM Associates Int'l) says that he would limit the smallest model for up to 180g capacity and it works great. If you see testing photos on that thread, it is Ed testing out the smallest unit on a 180g display tank. This unit is $340 and includes the sulfur material. Ed offers free s/h/i to RC members. Here's the link to more info:
http://www.finsreef.com/home.php?cat=257 Fins Reef is the exclusive importer for H&S equipment and they are a RC sponsor. KMA Int'l is an authorized dealer for Fins Reef on H&S equipment. |

Hmm. I don't know, the MW is a little cheaper and doesn't look like a tricked out Phos Reactor. I talked to the man at MW a few times and I think I will go with MW. its made in the US and if any thing goes wrong I don't have to worry about shipping it back half ways across the earth.
But thinks for your input. I will post some Results when I get mine up and running. |
