PFO MH Hood: Can it be tank mounted?

I am considering a lighting system with one of these PFO hoods. Can it be mounted above an open-topped tank (no glass tops, no canopy) without having to hang it from the ceiling? In other words, does PFO make anything comparable to the docking mounts used to support Current USA Orbit fixtures above a tank?
