looks great, awesome start!
experiment with moving the corals around, leave the top for high light corals like SPS...

I am going to say Mystery Wrasse again, (also called 5 bar wrasse) see if this image is correct (one of my fish) They have 5 vertical bars that fade with age. I think "Tail spot wrasse" is another name for them.

That's about what I paid. I have non-fish related tank question for you, I have one patch of algae on one specific rock that looks like brown thinning hair. I tried to scrape it off but it seems firmly attached. Any idea what it could be? Good or Bad etc? I'll snap a shot of it. Thanks!

Mystery Wrasse for sure. Lucky find. Around my area they are very hard to find and usually cost around $200-$300
