?'s on cleaning tank
i am trying cleaning a 120g tank i just got. i'm using a aquarium scraper to remove the algae build up and a rag and a waterhose to wipe it down. are they anything i can use to make it easier?

What exactly are you having the most trouble removing? Is it corraline algae? A razor blade works well if you keep the glass and algae wet while you do the scraping.

i have removed all the algae with the scraper but the glass looks like it has a film on it that i have been trying to remove with a rag and water.

Try using a water/vintager solution, let it set a bit, than try cleaning it.
