How old is your tank? From your experience 'n00b' you should wait till your tank is 6 months to a year old, and mature enough for an anemone.
I have a LTA (is aggressive) but stays in the same spot, guess i got lucky, not sure which is the less aggressive one, but they need space so keep that in mind, and they can move and sting all corals in their path. IMO mine has been easy to take care of, i feed mine every 2-3 days.

It's more useful to think of it not in terms of "aggressive" but rather that most are incompatible with anything within reach; best kept in a species-specific (it's own) tank or in one big enough that it can have its own area.
