Joes Juice works well on Aiptasia, would probably work on Majano too.

You can make your own by making a slurry of kalk in water. The benefit of Joes Juice is that the mixture is usually smoother than a DIY so not as many "chunks" of kalk.

Turn off all flow, and scare the fish into hiding (my Blue tang once swam by a kalked anemone, flapped its tail, and scattered kalk all over the tank). Inject the mixture right into the oral disk if you can.

One word of warning, once you inject the first bit, kalk will continue to leak out of the syringe until you remove it from the water.

Just the usual: kalk paste (/Joes), hot vinegar, or out of tank scrubbing.

btw, apart from mojanos, what kind of blues you into?

I tried most of the known cures for mojanos..the vinegar, kalk, kalk paste, lemon juice. Was interested in anything that I have not attempted..But still safe!

Cool, glad to see JLH at top of the list! You've earned the title in my book.

How many mojanos you have? A serious infestation, or spreading quickly? You may need to consider ex vitro extermination...

Edit: Listening to Buddy Guy's "Tramp" at the moment. If mojanos had ears, they'd be a-runnin'.

Buddy is da man! I have a very good collection of his and lots of others.

Serious infection of anemones! Never have gotten rid of them in the last 7 years....but with the smaller 40g tank...They really stand out and look bad on my bare bottom tank....Trying to grow out all the zoo's. I can only kill so many a week and they just multiply by the following week elsewhere! I was hoping someone knew of a natural predator, that would not kill any zoo's, lps or my sps. Blue
