SC Reefers
Just sending a shout out to reefers in the Aiken/Augusta Area. I'm new to the hobby and would love to talk to people in the area about their tanks--issues, successes........
Look forward to hearing from you!! Claire |

Hi Mark, Do you live in Athens? Any good Fish stores there? I just went to Atlanta on Friday and got some great corals. I can't believe there is no one from this area out there--maybe they're all out celebrating Memorial Day!!!!
Thanks for answering Claire |

Hello Mark, there are several really nice stores that I have found near Atlanta. There are 2 in Marietta that are with a few miles of each other. One is Marine Fish (Very knowledgeable and super friendly--their prices are a little high, but less expensive then the 1 store here in town. The other store in Marietta is Cappucinno Bay. They deal mostly in Corals (an amazing display) Inexpensive frags 9.99 and up. I have only visited that store once and didn't find then really friendly--but I will definately go back.
Believe it or not the best place I found for frags of all sorts is Petland in Alpharetta. They recently went up to 24.99 per frag, but the frags there are the size that my lfs sells for 79.00 and up. They are awesome and are setting up a whole new area for their corals. All three stores are worth the trip. I only recently started filling my tank and I have heard about Bob's and his big move. I will be checking him out soon. Have a great night and I hope to talk to you some time later. Claire |
