snails
I put 5 snails into my tank yesterday and the have not moved is this common? My 2 hermits are movin all around and my two little tester fish are as well. My tank has been set up for over a mnth these are the first thing i have added.

What kind of snails are they? How long did you acclimate them for?

Are they sleeping? How did you acclimate them? Also, what is your current water chemistry?

turbos and some other popular snails forgot the name starts with a C LOL i acclimated them for 30 min chemistry is perfect.

Define "Chemistry is perfect." Also, snails need more acclimation time than fish. All inverts do. It's recommended to drip acclimate snails for at least 2 hours.

Are they attached to the glass or laying in the substrate? I'm assuming the other snails you have are Cerith snails...
