New to Marine Tanks

Hi Everyone we just signed up as a new member and the info here for newbies seems really great.

Anyway I have had a 100 G freshwater tropical tank w/ canister for about 6 years and have become really interested in setting up Marine aquarium and selling my freshwaer stuff.

We have been looking at 140 or 180 Gal tank called an Aquagiant and have a question as to lighting in this tank for a reef. The tank depth is 29" and are unsure if this is too deep for a reef tank or if not what lighting would everyone recommend.

We are starting from the beginning and any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Mike and Kristen
