cooling neon T5: yes or not?

good morning, excuses the errors but I is Italian.
I would like to know your opinions regarding the cooling of the neons T5. And' profit or self-defeating to cool the neon?

Cooling the bulbs with fans will make them last longer. Too much heat can actually reduce the bulbs brightness. I cannot think of any drawbacks.
