URI Super Actinic VHO vs. T5

Hello everyone! This is regarding the URI Super Actinic Bulbs.

For those of you who have had the benefit of seeing both URI Super Actinic bulbs in VHO and T5: is the VHO bulb visually "more purple" than the T5 bulb? And accordingly, is the T5 bulb "bluer" than the VHO? I am asking about the coloration of the water column, and not coral fluorescence.
