old pump back to work

I just received my replacement impellers for my seio m1500. It has not been used for a while. How should I clean it up before it goes back to work. I´ve heard about running the pump with water and vinegar solution. How much vinegar should I use?
Any suggestions are welcomed.

Vinegar is cheap so I use it straight. Diluting it makes it take longer to work. Don't leave the rubber parts in too long or it can break them down.
