Red Featherduster? Pic included

Okay, keep in mind I'm still really new at this. Today I noticed something - the very first something! - living on my new rock. It pulls into its tube like a featherduster, but I've never seen a red one like this. Does anyone know what it is?

Sorry about the poor image. My camera had a real hard time focusing on it - the thing is really tiny!
