I think you could get away with adding one more medium sized fish.

First off watch your watchman... they can be SPS nippers Secondly, fish or fish load doesn't cause RTN or STN... poor water quality/parameters and instability typically cause tissue necrosis in corals. So... what type of skimmer do you have? Problems with NO3 with current fish load? If you haven't had any problems then you could probably add some fish. Personally, I have 7 small fish in 60g total water volume... wish I had 6 [If I could catch my gluttonous chalk bass I'd find it a new home ] and that's about all my system can manage. Beyond that I'd be careful to avoid larger species or species that are open water swimmers that need more space [I have a GSM, painted/clown wrasse, lyretailed anthia [f], midas blenny, bicolor blenny, CBB, and the PIG bass]

I have a cheap hang on Prizm skimmer in My sump.
My parameters seem to be good other than I have a slight reading of Phosphates. I did ad Phos remover. Its only my acros that seem to be affected. It starts at the bottom and slowly goes up. The tank is a newer system 3 months old now but all my millis zoos and montis are doing well. I have two Hydor#3's and two seio 820's. My calcium is at 400. I can test tonight and post my params.

So you're basically not skimming
