balsaaaq' 29g build....finally

Well I think I have collected 99% of what i need to complete my build.

Tank will be coast to coast overflow into a 5.5 gallon fuge/sump with low return rate. Closed loop will be utilized for return.

Took 3 months for the tank to arrive....and nobody can assure me its not tempered...have to call allglass before i start to drill....i wee bit nervous....

will keep you all updated...bals

I see bulkheads... I'm glad you're going to have it drilled instead of using over the top U-tubes. The sides will NOT be tempered, rest assured.
What lights/equipment do you plan?

But in the movie that was the side... you can never be sure these days. Beter to check with a set of polarized glasses

will check with glasses.....and call allglass....as far as the black silicon I am glad I waited...

the cl is a quite one 4000, mag 5 for fuge return, little cheato in the fuge and a sapphire skimmer, for extra measure. lighting will be orbit pc for now, I really choose it for asthetics and will retro fit some t5s in the fixture in 6/8 months....

tring to get the nerve up to drill 6 holes in the tank...

I've got 3 holes on the back of my 29 AGA, and one on the bottom.
Pics of the placement are on the last page of my gallery.

I run a panworld 50px for my closed loop and a panworld 40px for my return (return goes through chiller). I also have a Sieo in there for circulation. Hindsight, I should have bought a couple of controllable streams.
