Peppermint shrimp....
OK, so I am beginning to get a bit of an aptasia problem and was thinking about getting a peppermint shrimp to help out. My question is do they generally get along with other tank mates? I have a skunk cleaner shrimp, clown goby, firefin, and quite a few corals, from zoas to montipora, and a rbta. All packed into a 33g tall. Would the addition of a peppermint shrimp cause any problems?

I have never had a problem with a peppermint not getting along with a fish. The biggest drawback to peppermints IMO is the way they plunder other creatures you may like, like feather dusters and spaghetti worms and such.
On the other side of the coin is the fact that they hand tame in a minute or less and they give free manicures. They have quite a bit of personality and will sit in your hand to eat a bit of food. |

Hmmm
Do you think there would be any problems with the skunk cleaner shrimp? Thal

Should cause any problems but to control aptasia with shrimp you usually have more luck with 3 to 4 shrimp.
