Quality Float Switch
Ok, I think I have figured out how I want to to my Kalk ATO but wanted to find a decent float switch & outlet to use.
Suggestions on ones that don't foul out quickly? |

I am using a mechanical float switch for my RODI unit. It just shuts off the water in the container that I store plain water in. Been running for over a year now with no problems. It is this unit.
It's a kent float switch kit. http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merch..._Code=kentroac HTH

If so I would see if someone could come over at least every other day and tap on it to break loose any calcium build up. You should be fine, I just don't want to have to deal with it. And I like tinkering with my tank |

The Kent is a float valve, not a float switch. I use a Reef Fanatic Level Controller w/2 Float Switches and an Aqualifter pump

I've been using the double switch from autotopoff.com for over a year and a half, I top off with kalk 24/7, the pump I use is a mag 2, it's been working great.
