I just set up my fuge 2 weeks ago.. how do i know if my fuge is successful or crashed.. how long does it take to have pods, mini stars n such?

Do you see chaeto growing? What do you have in the fuge ?

You will see it grow over time and you should be able to see the pods after a bit. I have had mine set up for two months now and there are pods everywhere all over. It is easiest to see them on the glass.

Current Tank Info: 120 gl oceanic tech, 30 gallon fuge, 40 gallon sump, Itech 200 skimmer, LED Lighting . Mixed reef.

Your fish are much better at spotting pods than you are... if you have any in the tank that eat pods, you will likely never catch a pod out in the open (for long).

i have cheato in the tank. i see it growing a lil bit. do i need a invert to stir the sand bed up in the fuge?
