Odyssea needle wheel skimmer

http://www.aquatraders.com/index.asp...ROD&ProdID=245

Can this $35 skimmer any good? I would like to get some feedback from anyone who has used it. I'm getting a sump filter and new skimmer to upgrade from a canister filter and CPR backpack on my 40g tank.

If the Odyssea isn't very good, what in-sump skimmer kicks arse that cost below $150.
