HELP! Lighting advice 54 gal corner

I am in the process of setting up an All-glass 54 gallon corner tank. It will be an SPS dominated reef. What do you recommend for lighting??? What do you use?

I'm considering a Current 250W HQI Sun Dial Pendant. If I use a pendant I'd like to not drill into the ceiling if at all possible. Not sure how the landlord would take it. lol I have seen tanks with brackets in which they suspend their pendants off of. Can someone explain or show me how they achieved this?

I would like this to be Dusk till dawn effect.
