New Tank Needs New Lighting

Just bought the Oceanic Half Circle 144 Gallon tank yesterday. Here is the stock photo:

I already have 2 Icecap 250 watt MH ballast and have been looking into reflectors and pendents and wondered what you guys thought. The top of the hood is completely open so a Pendent or Lumenarc reflector would have to be suspended from the ceiling over the tank but within the open hood. I think I could fit 2 Metal Halide lights with either lumenarc III or Lumenarc mini reflectors. Can you run double ended HQI MH bulbs with an Icecap MH-250 ballast? Would you go with the Lumenarc HQI minipendent 2 of them? The length of the tank is 4'7" and of course bows out from each edge with the widest part (middle) being 30" deep. Thanks for any help with the lighting! Also I like blue color but want growth from my SPS corals, would you go with a Pheonix, Reeflux, Coralvue 12K or 14K HQI or SE Mogul bulb? Thanks again!
