milipede-type worms
Folks,
They are a bit too small to take a pic of, but I must have about 2 - 3 dozen small millipede-type worms of various sizes that appear to be pinkish (per my wife) in color. They seem to live within the pores of my live rock. I just noticed them after feeding the tank with Cyclopeezs. They are pretty much all over my tank. Oddly, the tank has been up and running for a year now, and I just noticed these creatures today. Any idea what they might be based on my description and are they harmful? Thanks for any info!

they are just regular bristle worms. They love cyclopeez and mine do the same thing when i put it in the tank. They are good critters to have.

You may want to wear gloves when working in your tank. The "bristle" from the worm can get lodged into you skin if touched and be difficult to remove and painful. I've never had any problems with mine and think they are a great part of your clean up crew.
