Problem with Flatworms

Hey guys I know you have heard this before.I just treated with salifert about a week ago.I redid the tank the next day putting a larger sump down in my basement.Well everything starting to look great I now notice the flatworms are back.I thought I got rid of them didnt see any signs.I now have all sorts o critters in my tank.I afraid to treat with salfert again.Any other suggetions what I might be able to do to rid of this problem.I just spent a few thousands bucks to make my setup much better and easier to do .Now this

PS I also have one 20 lb fiji rock I cant really fit in my tank for anyone in north NJ.

I had to dose Flatworm Exit twice to get rid of my infestations. My guess was that the animals were laying eggs that later hatched, but that's only a guess. I think two shots, a few days apart, should do the trick. It's also possible that you will have to use the extra 50% dosage. I did.

Ok what will happen to my crabs and serpant star fish.Will it effect them.I guess I should treat as soon as possible.

what size tank?

There are several type of wrasse fish that will eat flatworms and once done with them, they will easily eat prepared foods and have a long and healthy life in aquaria. One of them is the Helichoeres melanurus. The yellow choris wrasse is another one that comes to mind.

The treatment won't affect crabs or serpent stars if done correctly.

I used flatworm exit in my main tank it didn't hurt any corals or invertebrates and after two treatments and siphoning them out it was all cleared up!!
