Melafix

I treated my tank with flatworm exit yesterday. I attempted to siphon as many worms as possible before, during, and after the treatment. Today my fish are showing signs of fin rot. Totally healthy yesterday. Both fish are eating.

What should I do here? I have some Melafix. Should I attempt to quarantine the fish with fresh salt water and a sponge from my sump for bacterial base, or should I treat the whole tank. I'll continue making water changes in the display for the next few days in hopes of clearing out the toxins from the flatworms.

Please help!
