For frozen food I put into a cup defrost and drain off the fluid. I then simply add three drops of Garlic and Vitamins to the food. I will put saran wrap over the cup and place in the frig for next days feeding. This give time for the food to soak up the Garlic and Vitamins.

I fill a cup with tank water, throw the frozen food in to thaw. At the same time I throw a few drops of garlic and selcon in there with the mix. Let sit about 10 mins then feed. This method worked for my Powder Brown Tang to recover from LLE.

I use 3 shot glasses. I put 5 mls / 1 tsp of tank water in each glass. Tthen I put 2 to 3 drops of pure garlic in each. Then I split up 3 frozen cubes 3 ways. (1 formula 2, 1 Mysis, 1 Ocean plankton) I chop the formula 2 into about 20 or so pieces for each glass. Each glass is one feeding for 11 fish and I feed twice daily. Before I drop the food in the tank, I use a spoon to drain off the excess water. My thought is that there might be some phosfates in it.
