Will copepods breed in a sump just like a fuge?
I have a 90 gallon tank with a 20 gallon sump and i have about 95 lbs. of live rock. I wanted to get a mandarin when my tank is about a year old. Could i house a mandarin or no and will copepods breed in a sump? For fish i have 3 green chromis, 2 tru perc clownfish, firefish, yellow watchman goby, algae blenny, flame angel, royal gramma and a foxface.

they will if you grow chaeto.
Basically, you need something for them to feed/survive on. |

As long as they have something to "live in" they will. That can be chaeto, live rock, a very coarse mesh of some sort etc.....
