polyup? ID Help

Newbie here with a FOWLR tank.
I found this today, sorry not a great pic but I am hoping someone can tell me what this is, and if it is good or bad.

From what I can tell from the picture it looks like a zoanthid. Zoos are fine but if it is a color that you are not thrilled with then control their growth by keeping th rock from touching another rock that it can spread to. Many zoanthids are bright and colorful and a welcome addition to any tank.

Thanks, I guess it was a hitchhiker since i didnt put it in. Color is a light brownish its pretty small
