monitors and testing equipment?????
I am very lazy and find it a pain to go through and check my water levels a couple times a week in my small reef system. I am looking for supplies that I can set up to show my water levels 24/7 digitally where I can just look over and see everything is ok.
such as a pinpoint PH meter. -what levels do they and dont they make this type opf thing for? I test PH, KH, SG, Ca, Mg, and Nitrates-- -what is the best bang for the buck on these products and where can I find them online? |

Once the tank is established and the stocking is done, I don't think all that much testing is needed. I test alkalinity and measure the temperature every week or two, and calcium and magnesium every couple of months or so. I also test pH with a meter every month or so. Of course, I watch the tanks for signs of algal problems, and I don't stock very heavily.
