I have never bought from them, but I have heard a couple of negative stories about shipping issues, refunds, and customers not getting what they ordered.

However, they do have a great free shipping deal where I think if you purchase over a certain amount, everything ships free. May be very useful for you if you're ordering live rock.

I say do a little more research before committing your money there.

I have ordered from them with no problems. They do not ship live rock for free.

I got my LR from them, they did ship it for free. It's not too bad, has lots of corraline on it, I found pods and stuff too on it. I'd get some again from them.

Returning stuff from them isn't fun but its not too bad, I exchanged a test kit to them with no problems.

I stand corrected. When I was shopping around for LR, I am almost positive that it said that LR was not included in the free shipping offer they have.

ive read on a another thread, that someone ordered 50lbs or something like that a and got 40lbs of rock and a 11lb box... its bull crap if you ask me.... thats like paying another 3.50 per extra lbs you did not recive
