Ballast info

I have a magnetek 11310-543 ballast inside of a case for 175w single end.
It says on Ballast 150W, bulb M102..
It has the regular transformer and a cap.. But it has a 3rd componant look like another cap.. (?) ignighter(?)

Is this for a 150w, double ended bulb?

Also on ballast it has HX HPF
