Styrofoam in Saltwater?

Howdy all,

Just wondering if having a piece of styroforam sitting in saltwater had ill effects on tank inhabitants? Thanks for all your help!!

i see it all the time when lfs are acclimating coral...

I'm trying to use it as a baffle to slow down the water flow in my sump to ultimatley reduce air bubles. Make sense? Thanks

i would get some acrylic.. cut it to size and put in place with silicone..

lol.. the acrylic and silicone should not run more than $10
