STN and RTN

Anyone have input on SPS ,STN and RTN? Just lost all my SPS. I have heard alk can be the main problem but here are my parameters. For flow I have 1 Vortech and 3 Tunze 9055. Also a Tunze 9015 skimmer. Lighting is a current outer orbit with 4 T5 bulbs and 2 Phoenix 250 watt halides.

PH 8.3 I use kalk for top off.
KH 8 DKH
PO4 0.5 PPM
Nitrate 20 PPM (a bit high)
Calcium 425 PPM
Mag 1300

What kind of water do you use for water changes and top offs?

I use well water, yeah I know it isn't RO. It shows no nitrates or phosphates. It is treated by a acid neutralizer and water softener. Fairly alkaline once treated since it uses an aragonite material in the neutralizer tank used the same stuff for my sand bed also made by the good Old Dead Sea Works, the same place that made South Down. Maybe to many TDS?
