No Filter
SO RITE NOW I HAVE A BIO CUBE THAT IS GETTING FILLED TO QUCK AND I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP A TANK NEXT TO MY COMPUTER AND I WOULD NOT LIKE TO USE A FILTER I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A 10 GAL WITH 3 SHIMP AND ***. ZOOS AND A PERC COULD I RUN NO FILTER IT WOULD BE TO THE BRIM WITH LR

That would be ok, just have good water movement.

Plenty of people run tanks with no filters, it just takes good water movement, dilligent water changes, and periodic water parameter monitoring.

well, not a paper weight...no. If that isn't a good one, then look around for a better one that does work, but if you're suggesting that no small skimmer will work on a nano reef, and benefit it...that's just plain wrong. I've seen otherwise.

I can speak from experience that the fission skimmer is worthless, so don't waste your money. I do not run a skimmer on my 12g nano, and I have had no problems. Water changes on a nano are so simple to do, if you do them regularly you really do not need a skimmer IMO.
