Heater for 120 gallon

I've got a 120 gallon with a 40g sump. Any recommendations on what size heater I should get. I was thinking about a Jager.
Also, should I use a backup?

Richard

Just swapped out to 2 new Jagers, seem to work very well. I am using a 250 watt on my 100g.
