Algae in high flow areas

I have never really had any algae problems, but have recently been noticing that I have had some algae growing in the area of my tank with lots of flow. Has anyone else ever experienced excessive algae growth in high flow areas? Any suggestions on how to supress the algae?

In the past some of my high flow areas had a very coarse green hair on them.

To surpress you need to find the import for the phosphates and deal with it.

Skim wet, less feed, water change with good water, rip out with fingers,
