ordering online

I have looked at several different sites that sell livestock. I know people say liveaquaria/dr.foster and smith, premium aquatics are great. Has anyone bought from saltwaterfish.com? I noticed that they have free shipping with order over 79 dollars. sounds great but are they good? I dont want dead fish

SWF has some other fees that goes w/ "Free shipping" You has to pay box fee, fuel cost etc. Nothing is free. I got some fish from them when I started. I had no problems w/ the arrival. I ordered 2 marron clowns, I did ask them to make sure one was bigger than the other. They sent me 2 of the same size and the fought until one died the same night. I got a BTA from them and it found its way to a powerhead. I contacted them via email, I had to send the fish and anenome back to them. I did get a voucher from them. I still have it as a matter of fact. Other than that no problem. Everything was in really good shape upon arrival.

Up until their sales email arrived in my inbox on Thursday I was a supporter of them. Then when I called them on a mis-representation they attempted to tell me the price difference I made note of was the current sale price. I then pointed out to them that if it is in fact the current sale price why has it been the same price for over 2 months. They chose to not respond after that. I have a $20 credit with them due to a dead cleaner shrimp and at this point I will consider it an acceptable loss.
