Skimmer problem PLEASE HELP.

My skimmer just broke down, how long does it take for nitrate and to become a problem??

depends on your bioload and tank size and natural filtration

And how long the tank has been running?

I had my impeller on my skimmer break, and it took 2 weeks to get another one. I didn't have any nitrates at all. Just feed lightly, and make sure that all the rest of your circulation does its job. HTH

My tank is 95 gal, i don´t have a sump, i´v got a cannister.
I´ve got a yellow tang, a copperband, 2 occelaris and 2 sleeper goby.

What hang in skimmer do you guys recomend?

Just do weekly water changes until you have your new skimmer broken in and you shouldn't have any problems at all.
