Royal Dottyback and peppermint shrimp

so the wife stopped at the pet store and decided to put a fish in my tank when i wasn't home, it was a Royal Dottyback. will it eat peppermint shrimp? I have heard that these little guys are really agressive

it won't eat a peppermint shrimp.

Your shrimp will be fine but don't add anymore dottyback. Unless you want to see them fight. I have the Arabian psuedocromis for almost 3 yrs and decided to add another psuedocromis (oblige dottyback). That poor thing last 30 mins in my tank.....
