Question micro bubbles?

are micro bubbles ok to have in reef fish tank?
my biocube return pump shoots out very little amounts of
micro bubbles and i just purchased the tunze reef pack and the media holder also shoots out some tiny micro bubbles.

is this ok to have?
if it isnt what is do i do to fix this?
