Lighting and Flow for frag tank?

I am setting up a 48x 30 x12 deep frag tank plan on keeping LPS (acans, micros) in there. What type of lighting do I need for best possible growth. How much water flow do I need for this type of setup. Jim

With it being 12" tall you could use some 150 watt MH or you could probably use T5s also. For flow maybe a few Koralia (i know i spelled that wrong) #4 and #3s should do the trick.
