Moving tank

hello fellow reefers.

I´m wondering, i´m planing on getting a sump under my tank.
I´m not srong enougth to lift half a ton so i have to drain my tank, right? If i do that won´t i have to cycle again causing majors problem to my lifestock?

you don't want to lift the tank with water in it, it will stress your seams and could cause cracking. Removing the water and placing new water in your tank will be fine as long as you have matured and cycled live rock and live sand. You can keep some of the water and add fresh saltwater as long as the parameters are the same.... salinity, pH, etc.
