Is there any CUC that will eat the waste from other fish? I have a Banded coral shrimp and a hermit crab but they just will eat algea and left over food correct?

Both of those animals might eat fish waste. Bristleworms will, too, and most live rock has a lot of them. The same goes for many amphipods and maybe some copepods.
