bugs in my tank

I put a flash light to my tank a few nights ago and saw hundreds of bugs a little smaller then the size of rice grans all over my rocks and coarls. I did it tonight with the same results, I have never notived them during the day. Are they bad for my tank... or good. If they are bad what should I do?

I dont think i could snap a photo since they are moving pretty quickly once I turn on my flashlight. I currently run a skimmer about 14 hours a day, a chiller, 150 watt hqi and 4 54 watt t5s, carbon filter, and ozone. I also do a kalk drip and add suppliments 1 time per week.

They are probably a mix of copepods, amphipods, and isopods, and are fine to have. They eat detritus and provide a snack for some fish and corals.
