Jim :
This is a great piece of equipment. I have the wavemaster pro installed on my 24 gallon along with four maxi jet powerheads. My suggestion would be to purchase the unit but so some research for the best pumps available to support your turn over ratio. I'm not too sure but the modified Maxi-Jet 1200 may work for you on with the wavemaster pro application. Good luck and kepp us all posted on any updates.

Larry

Maxi-Jet just came out with a modification attachment for 10x the normal water flow...also located at Marine Depot. Example: Maxi-Jet 1200 rated at 295gph with modified attachment: 2950pgh of gentle flow...form what I was just told by Marine Depot.

Jim I hope this all helps with your wavemaker inquiry. Wavemaster Pro is perfect for maxi-jets.
