head loss ???

Im in the process of redoing my plumbing for my reef tank and used the head loss calculator. With my current setup I have about 391gph going through my 40 gallon breeder and my 20 gallon sump.

Now with the "new" setup for a "cleaner" look I'd be losing 19gph down to 372gph. My return pump is a mag 7 that I used in conjunction with my wavysea to cause water circulation. To this day with my current setup the sands still getting distrubed.

So my question is, do you think a loss 19gph will be significant or in significant why or why not?

thanks
