icecap 660, where to buy?

Hi,

I am trying to make a photolysis reactor and decided that the Icecap 660 would be the best one to drive the four bulbs in the reactor. The reactor is the same as a UV sterillizer, just more bulbs and no fish. My question is, can anyone recommend a good vendor? I have tried oceanencounters, they are out and my experience with Champion lighting 6 years ago was not the best.

Recommendations happily accepted.
Thanks in advance,
Martin
