T5s and mh or just t5s? on 72" tank

I am currently running 3 250 mh's on my tank, with pc's actinic's. But my ballast just went out. So i was going to replace the pcs with T5s. I wanted to know if it would be better to run all t5s or run both t5s and mh 250s. Also should i run dual 36" setups or 60" setups. They add up real fast in price like the other thread showed. Trying to keep cost down as well.

What kind of livestock do you have in your tank by the way?

With 2x60" ers or 4x36"ers your going to have about the same output, but with the 36" t5's your going to have better bulb selections.
