PFO 250W dual magnetic MH ballast

What do you think of this ballast in particular?

Is PFO a brand or is it a type of MH bulb?

Brand of ballast. I have one and like it a lot. Big and heavy, but drives my 2x250 XMs nicely.

I have a Blue Wave VII MH Ballast but if I were to do it again I would go with icecap ballasts. The thing puts pff some heat!!
