I got another "can you fix this roger :) "
Roger,
I have a 6100 stream that I have messed up. I was cleaning the tank and caught it with my arm . The groove on the top where the mounting bracket goes is messed up. Instead of the bracket breaking, small pieces of the groove broke. Can you replace the housing on stream ? Everything works fine , but it drops off the bracket after about a day. This one is out of warranty . Can it be fixed ??? How bad will the repair bill be ? If it can be fixed I will get you to fix it. I just need to have an estimate , so I can make sure I have at least that much available when I send it in. Thanks Last edited by vapor1; 10/14/2007 at 11:23 PM. |

I could probably fix it by just heating and reshaping the plastic but it won't look perfect. I would charge $20 to do this and to use a new swivel arm as that will probably also need replacement.
Worst case a new motor is $82.14 if you wanted it to be perfect, new.
