Reactor question

My PO4 levels are dropping a little each week. I am a very patient person, but I realize that the last bit will take longer to remove as it becomes more diluted with water changes.

Does anyone run a phosban reactor? Are they worth the invesment? I've read I can use one to run phosban as well as carbon and other media. My new blenny is munching down the algae as are the turbo snails.

Just wondering what you folks think of them.

a lot of people use them. I just got one myself. this is a great piece of equipment for a low price. remember you also need a little pump and some tubing. many people get two (one for carbon and one for phosban). I don't run carbon that often, so I just got one.

What kind of blenny did you get?

it is one of the best things I bought for this hobby. and for as cheap as they are it is well worth having IMO. and like Mavrk said I run 2 of them 1 for phosban and 1 for carbon.

I picked out a lawnmower blenny. I've been adding things very slowly. So far my 90 only has 140 lbs of live rock, 2 inches of sand, 3 turbos and the blenny.

The blenny is very shy, but he's only been in a few days.

Oh, and since the cycle has wound down, I have many super tiny tube worms appearing along with several creatures that appear to be some type of button polyp or zoa.
